As a frequent business traveler, I learn a news from Hong Kong local newspaper said one of the passenger traveling to San Fransisco lost her hand carry luggage. Later on this hand carry luggage passed security check point without her complied.

As flight security is very important to us, I cannot accept this hand carry procedure happened on a flight travel to USA boundary,
did TSA can do something to assure foreign airlines and airport who handling USA flight can inline security measurement?
